Cancellation Policy
Regretfully, due to people not turning up for their appointment with Vitality Options, we have changed our policy.
Clients that do not advise us at least 4 hours before they are due, will be a charged 50% cancellation fee at their next appointment.
Failure to advise us, means that those on our waiting list are missing out on much needed treatments.
We love to serve you, but ask that you be mindful of the service we provide, and others who seek it.
