Specialised treatments for sport, pain and stress related conditions. We use a unique combination of techniques that have been found to be particularly effective to treat pain. We have a reputation for a firm technique, preferred by the majority of our clientele, but can also use a lighter touch if necessary.

We specialise in sports therapy techniques, working closely with the local CrossFit community and Triathlon clubs. We believe this is where we do our best work. You will also find us on a monthly basis demonstrating our craft at Rebel Sport in Maroochydore, on the last Saturday of each month.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE – Pain relief from the 2nd trimester and beyond A gently invigorating massage to relieve the additional demands of pregnancy on the body and to relieve emotional strain and relax you completely! Our unique cushioning system cradles your body for complete comfort as you are pampered at this very special time.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE – For Toxin and Fluid Elimination A unique rythmic massage technique that gently but effectively mobilises and eliminates toxins while having a calming and relaxing effect on the nervous system and pain receptors.

REFLEXOLOGY – Wholistic Healing Via Foot Acupressure Points A treat for your feet that facilitates healing by stimulating pressure points which correspond with your body’s anatomy.
